The ramp in the hotel tower and poolside terrace are undergoing construction, and intermittent noise and activity can be expected between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. Ocean and garden view villas more likely to be impacted. Oceanfront villas are further from construction and not likely to be impacted.
There are no cooking facilities inside the resort, however, gas grills are available for guests to use outdoors.

Valet parking is optional at a cost of approximately $30 per day. Self-parking is complimentary for owners and guests of owners.
